Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Kitiki application ("App") or visiting our website (kitiki.tv), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Kitiki is a digital wellness application designed to provide audio-visual enrichment for cats.

3. Safety & User Responsibility

The App displays high-contrast moving imagery designed to stimulate hunting instincts, so a little setup goes a long way. Please keep these things in mind:

• Risk of Damage: Cats can get excited by the imagery and, as a result, may physically interact with, scratch, or lunge at the television screen.
• Securing Devices: Please secure your television (for example, with wall mounts or furniture straps) so it cannot tip or fall.
• Safety Notice: Please give our Safety Notice a read for setup tips, and use your own judgment for anything specific to your home or pets that it doesn't explicitly cover.
• Release of Liability: Kitiki and its creator (Anna) are not responsible for damage to devices, home, or personal property, or for injury to pets or people, resulting from excited animal behavior or from precautions not taken.

4. Subscriptions

Trial and pricing. Kitiki offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the App requires an active subscription, available as $7.99 per month or $59.99 per year. Pricing displayed in the App at the time of purchase is authoritative and may vary by region, currency, or promotion.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current rate, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to the App until that time.

Refunds. All payments are processed by the app store from which you downloaded Kitiki, according to that store's policies. Refund requests must be directed to the applicable app store.

Changes to pricing. We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will apply to your next renewal after notice is provided through the App or by email.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to the "Hunt-Eat-Groom-Sleep" scheduling logic, soundscapes, visual designs, and code, is the property of Kitiki/Anna and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the App.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any user who violates these Terms (e.g., attempting to hack the app or misuse the service).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Kitiki, its creator, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App creator resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
